Detailed Job Description
Coordinate with client IT and business team to ensure availability of CC applications in production environment by resolving incident or problem tickets raised. Validate fixes provided by vendors in lower environment before applying them to production. Coordinate with applicable teams to provide root cause analysis for any issues reported.v Coordinate with product vendor during Installation, Configuration and Integration of CC applications

Production support in Cisco UCCE environment
Work along with multiple vendor teams to support the Cisco VoIP setup
