Detailed Job Description
The project scope is to perform production support activities for the client IID related incidents handling, problem management, monitoring Work on enhancements Client communication Coordination with application teams and offshore team
At least 5 years of experience on IIDBPM 7.5/8.5. 
Experience in IBM BPMN, BPEL, WESB will be added advantage Should be able to work on P1, P2 incidents, requests and be able to perform Root cause analysis for Problem records. 
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. 
Dedication to meeting deadlines and ensuring quality delivery Should have a strong knowledge of web services SOAP, RES
