Full-time .NET Developer

The .NET Developer will be part of an agile development team, building and working on enterprise software systems on top of the Microsoft NET development stack. we're looking for someone who has experience working in a fast pace environment and who has handled multiple projects with different complex deliverables and deadlines. Candidate must be able to multi task and must be an excellent communicator. Candidate must be driven and able to independently work with little guidance.


  • Work with Product Manager to capture and write business requirements and turn them into technical specifications for development team
  • Must be able to interface with Clients and participate in meetings to provide technical support
  • Able to design & develop various abstract classes, interfaces, classes to construct the business logic using C#.
  • Develop web applications with rich UI usingASP.NET MVC 5, HTML 5, CSS3, CSS, DHTML, AJAX, jQuery, Entity Framework, JSON, WEB.
  • Experience with Web API for HTTP and REST based GET, POST, PUT, DELETE and Returning JSON format
  • Must be able to manipulate data using CRUD operations of SQL management studio and handled database access and data transmission based on RESTful web service.
  • Must have experience in writing reusable C# class libraries.
  • Integrate third party tool (Swagger) into the application for API documentation.
  • Integrate Swashbuckle into the application which helps in testing the WEB API’s/WEB Services
  • Create database using Code-First approach using C# models and integrated these models in the application to retrieve the data using LINQ.
  • Experience in writing queries using LINQ and entity framework.
  • Knowledge of various design and architectural patterns (Factory, MVC, MVVM Singleton and Adapter etc)
  • Work with other departments to coordinate the implementation of new software and accompanying processes.
  • Knowledge of Multithreading and concurrency patterns in C#
  • Maintaining the Version Control of the Project in Team Foundation Server (TFS) by merging the module developed with latest version in TFS.
  • Design, develop and maintain SQL Server/Entity Framework based applications.
  • Work on Stored Procedures and User Define Functions development
  • Use LINQ for data retrieving, querying, storage and manipulation interface screens developed using ASP.NET.
  • Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
  • Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
  • Collaborate with QA, developers and offshore developers to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain mobile web and desktop-based applications.
  • Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
  • Package and support the deployment of our product releases.
  • Must be able to manage and push development team to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met
  • Must be able to provide estimate time of work based on business requirements and ensure that deliverables are met on strict deadlines
  • Guide the development team’s efforts towards successful project delivery for prominent clients.
  • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
  • Must be intrinsically motivated and able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders




  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent
  • Technical skills required include:
    • Object oriented development knowledge
    • C# and or VB.Net development
    • SQL Reporting Services design and programming
    • Transact-SQL programming
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and/or CRM preferred
  • Fast Learner
  • Professional demeanor and ability to display a positive professional attitude
  • Ability to work in teams and multitask
  • Attention to detail, strong planning and organizational skills
