Deep understanding on Microsoft windows OS and its roles and features

• Strong Technical troubleshooting and administration knowledge of Windows 2012 and 2016 server OS in distributed environment
• Strong technical skills on Microsoft failover clustering
• Experience in configuring, and troubleshooting MS multimode, multi subnet failover cluster
• Understanding on Vlan, storage configuration on windows physical and virtual platform.
• Good experience in Pref mon, process explorer and win debug, disk mon utilities
• Strong Technical skills on Cluster network – Heartbeat and Public network
• Knowledge of managing Quorum and witnesses
• Strong technical skills in configuring cluster accounts in AD.
• Knowledge on Upgrading a failover cluster on the same hardware
• Working knowledge on Always on and clusters shared volumes
• Good VMware knowledge
• Good on AD/DNS troubleshooting.
